Obituary of John Schweitzer Cooper
He was an Air Force veteran of WWII, and a lifelong worker with amusement machines, known as the “Jukebox Man”.
He raised his family on Park Point, and was a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, Duluth Power Squadron and served as president of the Park Point Community Club.
He was preceded in death by his son, John “Toy” Cooper.
John is survived by the love of his life for 51 years, Pat; son, Frank, daughter, Rosemary; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters.
Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Jarvi Dowd Funeral Home, 925 E. 4th Street, with a visitation one hour prior. Please leave a memory of John or words of support for his family at www.bellbrothers jarvidowd.com
