Joyce A.Bailey (Sylvester), 92, of Proctor passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 at New Perspectives Senior Living in Cloquet. She was born October 23, 1925 in Duluth to David and Rhoda (Eales)Sylvester.
Joyce had a heart of gold and was loved by all. Her family was everything to her. Her door was always open and she welcomed all into her home. She enjoyed her company, no matter the length of stay. She lived for spending time with them and catered to each and every one of them. Joyce loved "bumming" with family and friends. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and sewing. She also enjoyed going to grandkids and great-grandkids school events and programs.
Joyce is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Floyd; daughter, Sharon Carroll; son-in-law, Tom Helquist; sister, Clyle; brother-in-law, Bud Schultz, and niece, Janet DeGolier.
